Can I get my money back from a tanning salon that shut down and knew they were going to get shut down when they signed me up?

I bought a tanning package and the tanning salon shut down because they were not paying their rent. They knew 3 months in advance of me buying my tanning package that they would be getting shut down in a matter of days.

If you bought a tanning package from a business that was going to be going out of business (and it did so without you getting to use the the full package), you should sue the busienss and the individual owners for the return of your money in small claims court.

In essence, to sell a package to a customer for tanning whhere the owners of the business knew that they would be closing the business is fraud if the customer was not told before the purchase about the problems with the business and that the tanning package might not be able to be honored.
