I know that he may seem mature for his age and that you and he may have feelings for each other that are strong, but do not let them take over our sense of reason here. If you continue to pursue a relationship with him while he is still a minor and his parents press charges against you, any conviction of a sexual offense could result in your having to register as a sex offender for the rest of your life. Think about that: you are only 21 years old. In answering your question can they get a restraining order? Yes. Will the court listen to him at the hearing? No. Can they have you arrested for violating it? Yes. Please. Think about this with your head and not your heart.
