Can I get fired for having 2 jobs?
My husband works at superstore and seven eleven in Duncan b.c. superstore told him he has to choose between superstore or seven eleven. He asked why and they told him that today was his last day at superstore and after his shift that he can leave and never come back.

A company can set the conditions of work much as it sees fit (absent some form of legally actionable discrimination). This includes prohibiting a worker form outside employment. Accordingly, unless your husband has a union agreement or employment contract that gives him the right to hold a second job, he has no claim here. The fact is that a worker in an "at will" work relationship, can be terminated for any reason or no reason at all, with or without notice.
