Can I get emergency alimony from my husband?

I am currently pregnant with
another man’s child. I conceived
the child while separated from my
husband. My husband wanted to try
and fix our marriage and we got
back together. I am not working and
haven’t had full time work in some
time.

Possibly: if you file a divorce case in court, as part of that case, you can seek support on an "emergent" (think "urgent" or "emergency") basis, to get support in the interim while the divorce is being resolved. It is not guaranteed you will get it: the court will look at the financial situation and also the parties' respective behavior (conceiving a child with another man while separated may hurt you in this regard). This is a procedurally complex thing to do; your are strongly encouraged to retain a family or divorce law attorney to help you.
Note that you can also seek child support from the father of your new child.
