Can I get an arrest removed if the conviction has been dropped?

The arrest was 4 years ago and my fingerprints show an arrest but no conviction.

If you were arrested for a crime, and you were fingerprinted, you need to find out what happened thereafter. Did you get bailed out and no initial hearing was held where you pled guility or not guilty? Did you get an opportunity to have a court appointed attorney? If you were arrested and fingerprinted and released on your own recognizance (sometimes called ROR), you need to find out what happened thereafter; if the prosecutor simply refused to prosecute for insufficient evidence. If this is the case, you need an attorney to see if your arrest record can be expunged.
