Can I get an annulment if we just got married because I was pregnant?
We got married because we found out I was pregnant and wanted to legitimize having a child together. Neither one of us are happy and we realized we got married for all the wrong reasons.

Unfortunately, being pregnant at the time of marriage is not a grounds for annulment in VA. In your state the grounds are: bigamy, incest, incompetency, fraud, impotence, being underage, being a prostitute or felon and not telling your spouse, having a child by other person, duress, or the marriage is a sham. That having been said, if your marriage is irretrievably broken, then you may want to consider divorce.
