Can I do anything about another mom giving my underage chiid alcohol and telling him not to tell me? Is there are time frame that I must act on this?
I am furious about this happening! She even let him get drunk. Some time has passed but i am just now learning of this.

Providing a minor with liquor may fit the elements of a variety of crimes, including but not limited to risk of injury to a minor, impairing the morals of a minor, or providing a minor with alcohol. If you feel that a crime has been committed, it is your decision whether or not to report this activity to the police. Most crimes have something called a statute of limitations, which means that the person must be arrested within a certain amount of time from the date of the crime. While the statute of limitations varies depending on the crime, unless this happened many years ago you are probably still within the statute. In very limited circumstances, such as murders and rapes, there may be no relevant statute.
