Can I clear my record if I received deferred adjudication?

I was charged with burglary and recently completed my probation. Is there any hope of clearing it?

Typically a deferred adjudication means that after a successful completion of your probation, the case itself will be dismissed. Be careful though, because in some states a deferred adjudication, although dismissed, may still appear on your criminal record. Consult a local defense attorney in your area to see how you can not only seek a dismissal but be certain that this offense does not appear on your criminal record as well.
