Can I claim unemployment if my spouse is relocated?
My spouse’s company couldn’t pay anymore so he found a job in Middleburg I stayed behind for three months tried to get a transfer but their was no vacancies so then resigned.

No, unfortunately, resigning to follow your spouse does NOT entitle you to unemployment benefits. You get unemployment when your employer ends your job (terminates or lays you off); you do not get it when you choose to leave the job (resign or quit), even if you do so for completely natural and understandable reasons (following a relocated spouse).
