Can I change a will already on file, state of Florida?
We habve already had a lawyer make out our wills. He is no longer in practice. I have outlived a couple mof my heirs. I need to re direct my property. Can I just go to a court house a fill out some forms to make these changes or must I use a lawyer again. I am adking this question on behalf of my neighbors. There will is filed In Tampa Florida

If the changes are relatively minor, say, just changing the beneficiaries, you can prepare a codicil (or an addendum) to your will by stating the changes, having it witnessed and notarized, and filing it with the court. If there are additional changes to be made, I would recommend using an attorney.
