Can I be terminated from a non chain salon by working at another salon on my off days?
I am a commission based employee at a salon. My employer chose to take me off schedule 3 days out of the work week. The salon is privately owned and there were no signing of contracts. Can I work at another salon on my off days without being terminated from my current employer?

If you don't have a contract, you are an employee at will. An employee at will may be terminated at any time, for any reason--including working for a competitor. So yes, your employer could elect to terminate you if you do this.
