Can I be sued if my brother-in-law is DUI and causes an injury or kills someone if he lives with me?

My brother-in-law drinks a lot as well as drives. I’m worried I can be held liable because he lives with us.

Obviously what your brother in law is doing is very dangerous.  You can not be held liable for his actions simply because he lives with you.  However, if he were to be involved in an accident while driving your vehicle or if you carry an insurance policy which insures him, you could have some liability.
