Can I be responsible for sons action?

My son jus recently bought his own vehicle and
obtained insurance using our address. We had
to provide his insurance company with proof of
our insurance and also listed as drivers on his
policy. Since he has no assets, can we be held
financially responsible for anything that was to
happen, far as dwi/dui injury accident. We live
in Missouri.

As long as your son is an adult and the car is not registered in either yours and your husband's name, then you will bear no liability should your son have an accident. Merely, sharing the same address or being listed as authorized drivers on your son's insurance policy imparts no liability.
