Can I be mailed a citation/ticket if I didn’t receive one when being pulled over?
I was pulled over, officers went over the usual questions of drinking/drugs, name
and age, and where I was heading. Neither of them gave me a ticket, or even
remotely suggested ticketing me. But I’m now worried one could show up in the
mail. Can this happen? I’m in Missouri, and I can’t find any information on this
in my state legislature’s revision of statutes.

Yes, you can be mailed a ticket or citation later: there is no law or court rule requiring that you get the ticket citation on the spot.
As a practical matter, it is unlikely that they will send you a citation later: generally, they do so immediately. But again, they could.
