Can I be fired for accidentally breaking a remote?
At work needed to back up my unit mobile concrete pump. I put the remote up but it fell I was unaware. While backing up I accidentally ran had of it over. This was not intentional. It is not my GM who wants to fire me, it’s the owner of the company who does not work there.

Unless you have an employment contract or union agreement that set out the terms of your being terminated, you are an "at will" worker. This means that you could be fired for any reason or no reason at all, with or without notice. Accordingly, you have no recourse here since your company can discharge you as it sees fit (absent some form of legally actionable discrimination).
