Pretty much all states in this country require that all adults be specifically named in notices or termination or eviction orders for the notices or orders to be legally valid and effective.

If you have been served with an order of eviction but you are not specifically named on the order issued by a judge of the court, the order does not apply to you personally.

Under Due Process requirements, the order of eviction must state the specific person on the face of the document to be effective.
