Can I be convicted of trespassing?
I went onto property and looked into a vehicle and then someone came outside. They called the cops and I got off of the property until the cops came. I may or may not have been intoxicated. This is my first offense and there were no damages.

Trespass is the volitional entry onto the land of another without consent or legal privilege. Trespass also includes causing an object to go on to another's property without consent or legal privilege.
Since you went onto another's property without consent or legal privilege, you are liable for trespass.
