You can only be arrested in a civil suit if you do something that really has its basis in a criminal proceeding, like being held in contempt of court or failure to answer a judicial subpoena. But the words you use here: failure to appear and judgement especially - make me nervous for you. I would consult an attorney as soon as you can. Good luck.
