Can I appeal a common pleas court judges decision to not appoint new counsel?
I have a public defender that refuses to do any pre-trial investigating; his only plan seems to be to get me to plead. I will not and told him this at our first meeting. There are several issues so I filed a pro-se motion requesting new counsel; it was denied. Can Iappeal this pre-trial and who would I appeal to?
