Can I adopt my stepdaughter?

I married her mother over 13 years ago. She is a 14 year old girl who was born in Guatemala but has been in the US since she was 9 month old. What are the options to have her become legal?

Generally no separate adoption is needed in most cases  Are you a US Citizen? How did she enter the US? Reply to meltser@bmlaw.com
