Yes. There is no legal obligation to have an attorney to file for bankruptcy, or indeed, any legal action (i.e. you can sue on your own behalf, called "pro se"). It's not recommended, because of the complexity, though, and the consequences if you do something wrong. In a bankruptcy case, if you do not file correctly, you may not be able to get out from under your debts. You should consult with a bankruptcy attorney, one who will give you a free or initial consultation, and see what cost is involved; if it's not too much, it'd be worth it to have an attorney represent you. Should you choose to not have an attorney, call the bankruptcy court, speak to the clerk of the court, and he or she can direct you to information (including online information) about what you would need to do to file.
