can an employer terminate my employment without a real reason?
My manager called me yesterday and said the owner of the restaurant told her I was done working there because of complaints. I was never informed that anyone had complained about me and I receive good tips. My manager said she didn’t understand bc she hadn’t gotten any complaints.

Did your termination violate the terms of an employment contract or union agreement? Did it constitute some form of actionable discrimination?
