Can an employer post your termination on social media

I was terminated as deputy judge executive of
my county and it was posted on social media
and the reason why. I am not an elected official

Actually, unless this action violates the terms of an employment contract or union agreement you have no claim here. The fact is that an employer can set the conditions of the workplace much as it sees fit (absent some form of legally actionable discrimination). Accordingly, posting the conditions of your termination online is legal so long as all details given are true.
