Can an employer dock hours worked?
I performed job for customer and when we were finished the time tickets were printed and then signed by the customer. These time tickets were then turned in to our employer. Our employer docked hours that had already been signed off on by the customer.

An employee must be paid for all hours worked. While an employer can reduce an hourly wage or the amount of scheduled hours prior to the time that a worker performs thier duties, it cannot reduce an employees pay after the fact. In other words, an employee cannot have their pay reduced retroactively.
