Whether or not a manager of a company can be fired for refusing to sign sign his or her evaluation or for refusing to attend an evaluation meeting depends upon what is stated in the presumed employer employee hand book. As such, I suggest that you carefully read the hand book. Possibly the refusal to sign the evaluation or attend an evaluation meeting could be deemed an act of insubordination warranting termination.
