I fell in the walk in cooler at work. I slipped on something on the floor and went into a split, inverting my knee. I have suffered a knee and lower back injuryand although workers comp has not denied me anything yet, the incident report that was written up. I was asked by another manager had I injured my (blank)? It’s really bothering me. I was also sent back to this job and they did not honor my restrictions and I was injured even further.
