Can a judge order to have your license reinstated if the BMV has suspened it.?
I just want to know a judge can order to have your license reinstated after the BMV imposes a suspension? I have served part of the suspension, and am pretty sure that if he has the power, the judge that heard the offense will order my license to be reinstated. Basically, does a judge’s decision overrule the BMV?

With respect to the DUI matter that you have written about, a judge can issue an order to the department of motor vehicles ordering that a suspended driver's license of a particualr person is to be reinstated under the given circumstances. Whether yours is to be reinstated remains to be seen.
