Can a car title loan sue me for fraud if they gave me a title loan and later found out I already have another loan with different company?

They never asked me so I thought it was okay. Now they are demading their money back asap and threatening to contact Attorney General’s office to file fraud charges.

Based upon what you have written about it is entirely possible that the car dealership can sue you about the facts of your matter. The problem that I see is that the lender that you got for the car should have paid off the car dealership the contract price of the vehicle not you.

As such, the car dealership's grievance seems to be against your own lender and not you.
