I recently got in care accident about 2 months ago and it was not my fault the police report said no one was at fault no one got a ticket but the other party’s insurance said it was my fault and if I don’t pay them they will take my license away

The other driver's insurance can't take your license. If you were at fault and didn't have insurance, the other driver's insurance can report that to the DMV which can suspend your license. 
If you have insurance, refer the matter to your insurance company.
