Can a business competitor advertise their business in my parking lot?
I own a thrift store and another thrift store keeps putting flyers advertising their store in my parking lot. Is this against the law and if so, what can I do about it?

No, they are trepassing in the state of Utah, and can be sued. You may also be able to sue them for intentional interference with economic relations . . . and trademark infringement, if they are using your trademarks to attract business for themselves.
