1 person owns 3/4property and house
.can they tell someone.
Not anecessarily owner they cannot be
on said property..if 1/4 owner says
they can ? Thanks

No they cannot, at least unless there is a written agreement to the contrary. The fact is that joint owners of property typically have equal rights regarding ownership matters. This includes who can and/or cannot come onto the property.
