If I broke into a store and took more than $2000 worth of stuff, what might the penalties be if I’m 17 and this is my first offense?

I got caught almost 3 weeks later but they got almost 60% of the jerseys back. I had an accomplice and I think they have proof of me selling them.

This is felony level.  What you now need to consider is that this is going to be felony larceny (grand theft) in addition to the selling of stolen property and probably a conspiracy (you had an accomplice). You need to talk to and hire a criminal defense attorney immediately. Even though you are technically a minor, you would most likely be charged as an adult. Consider your lawyer trying to plea this down, maybe an alternative conviction or delayed conviction, including fines and community service and counseling.
