I was working with 2 brokers at the same time. One of them asked me to sign an exclusive loyalty agreement via email, which I did without reading into it. It says that I am obliged to work only with him and etc. I already rented an apartment with a different broker. Now I am scared that the other one will sue me, etc.

Yes, they can sue you for the money you would have paid them had them been the broker on this deal. When you breach any contract, you are potentially liable for the losses (e.g. lost money) the other party suffers. That you did not read the contract first is no defense: the law presumes that you read, understood, and agreed to anything you signed, and holds you to it.
