Even if you are on workers' comp, as long as you are not working you are not eligible to receive holiday pay or PTO (vacation/sick pay). Those benefits are only available to you if you could be working but are off due to a holiday, sick or vacation day. Further, when out on workers' comp, you do not accrue any additional paid time off.

If you are not working, even if you are receiving worker's compensation, you do not receive holiday pay, vacatiion pay, or sick pay, since you only receive those IF you would otherwise have been working but for the paid holiday or use of vacaton or sick leave; and you also do not accrue any additional paid time off.
