being hired for a job based on a 4th degree misdemeanor.
There is a good chance I’ll be put on inactive probation considering I have no pryors and no criminal record so my question is what are my chances of being hired through a job that wants no felonies or misdemeanors? Will that still show up when they do a backround check?

Whether it shows up or not, it is up to the employer to decide if he/she wants to hire you based on your situation (what kind of crime you committed, the severity of the crime, whether you have stayed out of trouble since, etc.).
Just because you have a misdemeanor doesn't necessarily mean that you won't be hired.
Good luck.
