At my divorce I was given the house and told that upon the sale I would have to pay my ex $2200. The house was taken by the bank and sold. Now he says I owe him that money but the judge made it clear that if that time came the money would go to his first wife for back child support. Since I technically did not sell the house do I owe that money??

No.  You should go back to court and have the final order modified since it was not sold.
