As the creditor, what steps do I take to get what’s owed to me if estate is in a living Trust with no probate?

did fill out a Creditor’s Claim but when I tried to file they told me I couldn’t if it was not in Probate. So what do I have to do?

You need to send notification by certified mail return receipt requested to the Trustee.  Here is the thing: trusts are generally created to avoid creditors of the individuals that create the trust so I would seek help from a lawyer asap. Good luck.
