guy wanted people to hit him in the
face. He asked several times. 2 people
did it. Playing. No one was mad before
or after. It broke his jaw. Is this assault?

This is not assault or battery because both require that they occur without consent.
Assault is intentionally putting another person in reasonable apprehension of an immediate battery without consent or legal privilege. Battery is the physical contact.
Battery is the harmful or offensive touching of another person without consent or legal privilege.
