Under the probate codes of all states in this country, heirs under a Will, trust or intestate action are entitled to a full accounting of all invoices and expenses of an estate.
In fact, in a probate or intestate proceeding the executor or administrator is required to file a final accounting of the estate concerning invoices, creditors and bills, serve it on all of the heirs and the court which makes a ruling approving or disapproving the final accounting.
