Apartment Renting Laws and Regulations

When you are told to vacate your apartment premises because of a mold infestation (that was present prior to your move-in date), how much time in advance are they allowed to give you, until you are forced by the Lessor to move out of the apartment?

Well, it depends.  Are you saying it wasn't habitable to begin with? If so, in most states, the lessor has to pay for your moving expenses.
