Am I required to have my picture and personal information put on a company website?

Employer wants picture and personal information on staff to put on their website. With all the weirdo’s out there looking for your information I don’t want to reveal things. I would like to keep it just business related and would like to keep my picture off a website.

Does this requirement violate the terms of a union agreement or employment contract? Does it constitute some form of actionable discrimination? If not, then as an "at will" employee you will either have to comply with your employer's request or risk termination. The fact is that your employer can set the terms of employment much as it sees fit or deems appropriate. And while you can be fired for any reason or no reason at all, if you are terminated for not providing your photo and other information, then you can be dismissed for cause. This means that you will be ineligible to collect unemployment benefits if it should come down to that.
