Am I obligated to share the proceeds of an estate settlement with my deceased brother’s wife?

The money in question came from the sale of a relative’s home which was sold 2 years after my brother’s death. My sister-in-law has moved to another state and I would like to know if she must be included as a distributee.

I am so sorry for your losses.  More information is needed here to help guide you.  First, I am assuming that you and your brother were the sole heirs to your aunt's property, correct?  If he died after your Aunt then his estate would inherit his portion of her estate.  His portion would then have to go through his probate.  Take the documentation to an attorney to review.  Good luck.
