You are entitled to overtime if your job duties and authority do not meet one or more of the tests or criteria for exemption which can be found on the U.S. department of labor website under "overtime," such as the professional exemption, administrative employee exemption, or executive exemption. Compare those tests to your job; if you fall under one or more of them, you do not overtime, but id you don't fall under any of them, you should.
