Am I eligible to have a record expunged

Having difficulty finding a job. This is reeking havoc in my life. I was charged with misdemeanor shoplifting in 2013. Have not been in any trouble since. completed probation fines and everything

UMy research suggests that under GA law, if you were convicted of the crime you were arrested for, you cannot have that conviction later expunged. Here is a link ot a site that will explain further:
