Probably not, unfortunately. While there is absolutely hard-and-fast rule about how far for a new position is too far, generally, you're talking around two hours of travel, or at least an hour-and-a-half, each way, to be considered unreasonably far. A 45 minute commute is actually fairly common for many people (for example: my wife, in the NY metro area, regularly commutes almost an hour each way, as do all our friends who don't happen to work in the same town) and a 21-mile drive is likewise common (e.g. my father-and-law, in rural MA, drives around 20 or so miles to his part-time job). A 21 mile/45 minute trip most likely would not be considered so far as to be unreasonable for you.
