Am I due a refund through travel insurance

Purchased 2 tickets with travel
insurance. Had to cancel prior to
departure have contacted travel
insurer 4 times am repeatedly
told that they have mailed claim
forms. Nothing has been received
to date and it has been over a
month. I simply want a refund for
my tickets. Do I have any
recourse?

Your recourse, unfortunately, is to sue the insurer for breach of contract: for not honoring their obligation to reimburse the cost of the tickets. Unfortunately, a law suit is the only way to compel a business to honor its obligations when they otherwise will not.
