Am I covered under the UDAP law?
I purchased a used 2005 vehicle 2 weeks ago. The damage to rear end was the only thing in which they are going to fix. I found out more problems. Everytime I start the vehicle a cloud of smoke burst out of the exhaust pipe. Dealership said bring it in. They only changed the oil. Starting doing the same thing. I checked the oil a day later and NO oil was on the stick. I dropped it off at the dealership and told them I did not want it back until it was fixed. The motor has to be replaced. How do I know it’s a new motor and not that some “Jack” done rigged it? Where is my loaner car?

You most likely purchased this car "as is" and as such you run the risk of not having a true leg to stand on when you push for more repairs. You should file a consumer complaint with the entity who regulates this dealership and also inform tdealer alter that you expect that your mechanic of your choosing willinspect the work before and after and his time will be paid by the dealership.
