Am I at fault?
I am a tenant of a apartment complex in Tennessee. I have experienced a lot of criminal activity since I’ve been staying there. I had 2 stolen car incidents, a stolen tag, and 2 home invasions. I live alone and recently the 2 home invasions were very dangerous and puts me at risk and in fear for my life. Am I still liable for the rental agreement?

I think you need to talk to an attorney about this. A case like this is very much dependent on all of the facts, and the law on this subject does vary some, from one state to another. You might even be able to sue the landlord for your damages for the home invasions -- or at least the most recent one. And if all you really want is out, that might be the best way to get it, and maybe some money for your moving expenses besides.
