What can I do to get my husband to move out?

Almost 3 weeks ago I told my husband I wanted a divorce asked him to leave at the time; he seemed fine with it. He has yet to relocate. He has depleted all the money from our bank accounts and has it in hiding. I have 2 school age children and don’t feel as if I should be the one to leave. Besides, I don’t have access to any money.

I am so sorry.  Now, here are the issues that you need to discuss with an attorney.  If he will not leave voluntarily - and enter in to an agreement that gives you exclusive use and occupancy - then you will need a court to order it.  And at the same time give you temprary child support and spousal support if the facts support the award.  You need an attorney as soon as you can.  Good luck.
