It would be advisable to pursue contempt of court against your ex.
You will need to file an Order to Show Cause to request and schedule a hearing.  In addition to the Order to Show Cause (court form), you should also file your declaration signed under penalty of perjury and any additional documents of supporting evidence that your husband has stopped paying spousal support.  You should also include a proof of service which verifies the date you mailed a copy of your court-filed documents to your ex to provide notice of the hearing.
